This is how a dance studio should be! The owners are very friendly and the new receptionist is very professional and informative. I highly recommend this studio!

I was very pleased with the instruction my daughter received here. What does not please me is how inflexible the owner is. When I registered my daughter, I explained that my husband had been out of work, and that there was the possibility that we might have to move. The recital costume fees were taken out of my account automatically. When I found out at the beginning of January that we had to move, the owner REFUSED to refund the cost of the costume that my child will never see or wear. They haven't even ordered costumes yet or started practicing the dance for the recital. The owner acts as if she cannot make an exception EVER. I wanted to enroll my daughter in ballet when we move, but don't want to pay for another costume. I would have accepted a refund of half the cost, but the owner will not answer my calls or emails.
