I was charged over $200 for the service. My sandwich line was not fixed it started heating up about 2 hours after Mack left, also the coils he cleaned leaked all over my fridge and we had to throw away over $50 worth of food. When I called about it he claimed it was my fault but he would come back the next day at 9 am before we open. They come in at 12 during a rush. The service guy acts annoyed we are in his way. He says he will come back the next day and never showed up. We asked about just getting our money back and he tells us we are new to the restaurant business and we didn't understand. We have been in business for three and half years.

The only company that I found that does not charge overtime after hours and has a great rate and the respond time was great

Excellent service and very professional staff. I have used several businesses in the past and this one has by far been the best. Great price and I would definitely recommend.
