We needed a fast repair due to the fact we had no heat and it was freezing outside. This company came out right away and solved our problem. We ended up needing a new unit and they were able to get it installed by the next day! They were lifesavers! The estimate was extrmely competitive to others we recieved. Based on the service and the price we have referred him to two of our neighbors who were also very satisfied with their work.

We were out of town when our A/C stopped working. This put us in a bit of a bind, and I called Southern Comfort on a Sunday evening. My call was returned promptly, and although I missed the return, I reached Jim on Monday. He mentioned he was about 45 minutes away and couldn't promise today, but we scheduled for Tuesday in case he couldn't make it. Surprise! He was here this afternoon, and long story short- the problem was fixed within the hour and the rate was more than reasonable. Southern Comfort is definitely going to be our go-to company for anything climate related for our new home. The honesty, fairness and above-and-beyond service makes us clients for life.
