Bob and Mary Olson of South Tejas Maintenance, provide the ultimate in janitorial/custodial services. They have served St. John Lutheran of Boerne for 12 years, caring for our property as though it was their own "first born". Bob is THE top expert in floor finishing in the country. Their faithfulness and commitment for carrying out their contractual responsibilities is a big "11" on a scale of 1 to 10. They never miss a day and always carry out their responsibilites regardless of circumstances.
