Sonnier’s Hardwood Floors is the most dishonest/unethical business I have ever worked with in my entire lifetime! He did not meet timeliness, did not answer/return calls, was full of empty promises & left us hanging for over two months. He abandoned the job & we were left to find another company to finish the work he started. He took $1,000 dollars, performed a tiny portion of the work & refused to refund me my money. As seen on Google, we're not the only ones he took money from without finishing the job. Many have experienced similar situations. He has multiple outstanding complaints against him to the BBB. I have run into many people who have been cheated and ripped-off by this company.

This flooring company is first class and first rate for all your wood flooring needs! They are very professional and you can always expect a job well done!
