These guys are incompetent. The first time they sent someone to fix my sprinklers, he not only didn't fix the leak, he cut the electrical lines and rewired it wrong. They promised to warranty their work, so I called them to come fix it when I realized that it was even more broken than before.When they sent someone out the second time, he spent hours trying to figure out how it worked. Then he cut the electrical line again. Then he couldn't fix either the leak or the electrical line right. So he calls another guy to come help him fix it. I had to stand around all day and help them, which means they are not professionals. So, I wasted my whole day, and ended up paying for a full day's work for TWO people (who I still had to help figure it out) for FAULTY WORK that was supposed to be UNDER WARRANTY. They even wanted me to pay weekend rates because that was the only time they had available to come out.I knew I overpaid, but I decided to just let it go. That is, until today.I also paid them to install a coupler so that I could easily use an air compressor to blow out the lines for the winter. So I go to do that today, and I find that they have buried the coupler right up against the wall of a tube 2 feed underground, which means I can't even attach a hose to it.I would never recommend these guys, not even to an enemy. I couldn't live with myself.

Our yard wasn't what I had dreamed...so we called Sonic Solutions. They helped us design our yard with our ideas, and also came with their own ideas as well which was very helpful. They are so creative! Their bid was well organized and explained everything. Their prices are very competitive too. They are hard workers and were able to finish our yard in a timely manner. They helped my yard become an amazing retreat! I would strongly recommend their company to anyone.

I called about a leak on my main turn off valve, which is 5 feet deep. I turned it on and the tube filled with water. I scheduled an appointment expecting to pay $500 or more to get it dug up and replaced. When they showed up I asked if they could do it today and they said they could if it needs done. He checked the valve and in a minute they told me that the valve was not bad it was just not turned on all the way. That saved me alot of money. I basically told him to go ahead and replace it and let me know when its done. I was amazed that they didn't just go ahead and replace it. I had them check the sprinkler system since they were already here and they cleaned out 2 nozzles and replace one sprinkler that was leaking out of the cap. They were quick and obviously knew what they were doing. Very, very impressed. I highly recommend Sonic Solutions. Thanks again.

We used Sonic Solutions for some emergency repair and "never flood the basement" sprinkler solutions again last summer. We were pleased with the Quality, price and they were always on time for work dates. ON TIME. Very big with me as my time is valuable. We plan to use them this summer for lawn care and back yard reconstruction due to our Great Dane puppy. Would recommend them!!!!

We had a sprinkler problem and called several places for an estimate. Sonic got back to us first, so we went with them. They were puntual -- called 30 minutes before arriving. The service tech was friendly & knowledgable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within the first 30 minutes ($55 for the first 1/2 hour, $65 for every man hour after that). Apparantly our clock was broken, so we had to replace it. We bought a Hunter clock from Sonic. We could have definitely gotten a better price on the clock online, but having the Sonic Tech get it over and done with was much more convenient. The tech was very helpful in explaining everything that he did -- so I could repeat it later if necessary. He checked all the watering stations before he left to make sure everything was good. Thanks to Sonic our grass is still lush and green!
