Mike took a lot of time to meet with us and explain different options. His pricing was reasonable and when in the course of the job there were existing conditions on the windows that compromised the work we requested, he responded and took care of them in a fair and reasonable way. Hi Mike, I wanted to thank you for working Saturday and let you know how pleased we are with the decision we made to go with your company. You arrived as scheduled, the work was done carefully and professionally, and the results look very good indeed. Our main concern and purpose was the heat and light moderation in our living room and protecting our wood floors. The room is cooler and the afternoon glare is gone. Solar West did a very nice job tinting our windows. They were very easy to work with and have a great product. We live on a hill with a beautiful view along with lots of glare, so now after the tinting it is so much more soothing on your eyes to look outside. P. from Santa Ynez, Ca.

I would never use this guy again. He was rude, used vulgar language in a business setting, and basically had a chip on his shoulder. His work was marginal, at best.
