We've used this company for a few years and haven't really had any problems until recently. Not only did they not show up on time to plow out our business before 8AM as agreed to in our contract, but they caused significant property damage to our lot and, to boot, did a half-assed job leaving a large portion (where our customers park) unplowed and we had to utilize our own staff to clean up the mess. One portion of our property they will not own up to damaging, even though it's clear to even the most ignorant person on the planet, that a plow truck caused this damage, that and the time frame in which this damage occurred and the nature of this damage, clearly points to this company. There is no denying the other amount of damage to our lot was caused by the plow. They were supposed to visit our property last week to assess the damage, but they never showed. We will now most likely have to waste our time and money sending them to small claims court if they do not fix the damage they caused. I understand things happen, but the way the owners handled this situation was out-right awful. They were rude, aggressive, and lacked any sympathy for the entire situation, which is what ultimately lead me to write this review. If you're going to run and own a business, no matter how you feel, or what the circumstances, you must treat your customers with respect. F- for Snowbusters
