Excellent phone and appointment service. Installed new alarms in high ceilings and even left us with some active batteries from older alarms. No more tall ladder fiascoes.

Agent was very friendly and courteous during initial phone contact. Technician (John) called before his arrival (8:30am, Saturday morning) and was also very friendly and immediately helpful. Technician quickly assessed the problem and secured the necessary parts to effect the repair. Technician tested and re-tested the system before departure. Very Satisfied.
