Provided by YP.comMy frost-free freezer kept getting iced up. Called them and they gave me a 3 hour window. Otto showed up during the first hour on a rainy Saturday - diagnosed the problem as something with the door gasket, and fixed it pronto. We will defiantly welcome his service for any future needs.
