I used Smart Ride for the first time last night and the service was excellent. The driver was very professional and the vehicle was extremely clean. Everyone I talked to at the bar said they use Smart Ride often with no issues. I wish the people with good experiences would post a review because I'm sure there would be more good reviews.

Very slow, not prompt and one guy violent. He got into a fight with someone and broke a bottle over their head. Very expensive too, and possibly drive using impaired drivers. I agree, you'd be safer driving yourself home.

Unlike other reviewers our driver did show up when we called, but they were definitely not sober . Swerving all over the road and the drivers friend looked like she was on meth. You'd be better off skipping the "safe" ride and driving yourself home.

The wait time is long and the prices are expensive. There is an Uber in Hastings now. With him you can get a ride in town in Hastings for between $6-$10 total for up to 6 passengers.

Very unreliable. Call an hour in advance and they still take an additional hour to arrive. If they actually manage to show up. One driver showed up smelling of alcohol stopping in the middle ofthe road to answer a call swerving all overthe road. If there was such a way id rate them negative 10 stars

Wow................ My family and I use SMART RIDESmart Ride is a wonderful family owned business how ever I think they should raise their rates a little bit yes that's right I said raise their rates !!!!They are, a wonderful company and I would pay 10 dollars just to take them to Walmart Smart Ride definitely deserve more if you need a ride you should call smart ride We do !!!!! :)

Smart ride is awsome and i take them all over they raised there prices to $7.00 per-person but if i need to make a few stops as longs as they dont have to wait a long time and have to leave and come back it only cost an extra $3.00 wow im from the cities and you cant find any taxi cheaper then that we love you smart ride

Smart Ride is a wonderful service and we love the family that owns it we have been using the for the last 6 years they take us to the airport they cost less then any other taxi service any were around they take people any where they want to go to and from bar bring kids to school if they miss the bus its a wonderful services and they are also on face book so check them out on there too my family and i love you smart ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are great, friendly, and on top of that a local business to support. I have used them many times, including my bachlor party and an airport ride on my families trip just a couple weeks ago.

I have used Smart Ride and it is an awesome service in the Cottage Grove, Hastings, Newport area. I would use this again. It was inexpensive but they do not take your car home too...just you and to these cities.
