I had another company come out for a tune up on my a/c. WHile the guy was here he checked out the heat exchanger and determined it was cracked and potentially dangerous. He recommended getting a new system which was about $10k. We decided to get a second opinion from Sierra Aire. They came out the same day and determined that there was not a crack but just some discoloration on the heat exchanger. Then they checked for carbon monoxide and guess what they couldn't find any. They could have sold me a system for a few hundred less the other guys and I probably would have gone for it. Thanks for saving me a ton of money, you have a customer for life!!!!

I never review companies that i deal with but this one gave me great service, hard to find these days. They arrived when they said they would and fixed it right the fist time i will definitely be using them for all of my ac and furnace repairs.

I had these guys out to do a furnace repair I was in need of since last winter. I had a quote last year for almost a thousand dollars to fix it. I was a little skeptical and I'm glad I had these guys come out because it was a completely different problem which they fixed at half the price. Always appreciate good service.
