Very deceptive advertising practices.

July of 2012. Doctor is fine. Getting glasses is not so fine. I saw a groupon for them and I needed new glasses, so...

The tech helped me pick out some frames. I wanted metal and not horribly expensive, so she showed me several. I picked and went on my way. In August I was to travel to Denver and wanted a copy of my prescription. They wouldn't email only fax. HUH? She read it to me on the phone. In October the frames broke, so I went back. The tech replaced the frames but told me that was it. If they broke again (?), I was on my own. Then she tells me the frames were on clearance (not posted when I bought). So, of course the frames broke again and there is no way to fix them or get new frames for the lenses and I have new glasses that I can't wear. I also noticed that the bifocal portion of the lenses were somewhat asymmetrical and I wanted the measurement of the pupillary distance and she wouldn't give it to me. According to her, the prescription is mine but that measurement is not.



Not at all pleased and would NOT recommend.
