Shannon Muñoz, REALTOR® - License# 02022001 I was born and raised in SoCal. I moved from Orange County to the Inland Valley in 2006 and absolutely love our little community. I started in the industry as a transaction coordinator in 2015. I am thankful for those years. The exposure to the industry and the opportunity to know the contract inside and out, along with all the disclosures, before selling homes was priceless. I got my license in 2017. It has been the best decision I ever made. I love people, and I love helping people! I waited tables for 20 years, and there are so many similarities between waiting tables and selling homes. To be good at both, you need to love people, love serving people, know how to multi-task, and work under pressure.
