I called looking for a good cleaning place since my husband is due home in a few weeks. Called Shai's after calling a few other places around Fort Lewis. The lady that answered seemed a little spaced. Seemed I had to pull info out of her to tell me exactly what they do, how they do it, the cost, etc. She took my address and set up an appointment a few days later. That day came, the girls were late due to construction on I-5. I had to call the place to ask why they were late since she didnt take my number the first time I called. The girls got there and didnt have the check off list due to no ink in the printer at the office. So we went over what was to be done. Got home right as they were done. Said the kitchen looked good, and they left. After getting the kids dinner, I did a walk thru of the house. This is what was NOT done. The floors had not been vac. Didnt fully dust the entertainment system off, the window panes had been missed, the shower was not wiped down (not on the door or on the shelving), the guest room was not vac., my dresser had several missed dusting spots on it where they just wiped around things, the microwave had not been touched, and the floors had barley been swept, and mopping (they dont mop with a mop they get on their hands and knees) had not even seen the light of any water. Called them that very night, she said she was sorry, and would send out the same girl (the other girl was new and was im guessing the one that didnt clean that well) and get the spots she missed. That girl came out, walked thru and told her everything I wanted done. Needless to say, missed some big dusting again, and the microwave (which by the way is on the checkoff list) wasnt touched at all. I hope my review helped some out to not try this service. Your probally better off hiring my 3 year old to clean your house.

Shai's Home Cleaning sent two cleaners to my home which had been recently vacated. The cleaners arrived at the arranged time. After a brief discussion of what my expectations were (kitchen appliances, no windows, etc.) one cleaner began working downstairs and the other upstairs in the kitchen. I expected their cleaning time to exceed the four hour minimum given the condition of the house and the size (>2500 sf).



The cleaners moved methodically through the home, communicating as needed. One of the two bathrooms needed extra attention; it was sparkling after the cleaning was complete as was the remainder of the house. The manager of the company called near the end of the cleaners' time to confirm that I was satisfied with the cleaning. I paid the cleaners after inspecting their work. The cleaning job was very good; I would recommend this company to others.

Resonable rates and a very good service.

shais pretty much takes care of all my houses. we own a couple of homes and shais takes care of the cleaning when the tenants move. plus we use the weekly house keeping service.

One thing about it is its reliable. Sometmes my regular house keeper misses my regular cleaning, but Shai's makes sure he gets it done on my regular cleaning day. Shai's is a good service. Thank you
