In managing an apartment complex, I run into many different situations. The recent suicide I had to deal with was a very stressful situation. I would like to thank SERVPRO for helping me clean-up the apartment. Specifically, Julio took the time to explain the steps involved in clean-up, and why such care needed to be used to clean up a Bio-hazard.. You provided excellent service.

I would like to commend SERVPRO of Winter Haven on their quick, and thorough response to recent hotel water loss. I had five floors of a hotel flooded and SERVPRO was on-site within 1 hour and crews working within three hours to limit the damage. You saved my company tens of thousands of dollars in additional damages.
