They charge for things not done and for hours that they don’t work and for equipment that they don’t use. When I pointed this out to them, the response was that they charge what the insurance company will pay. Greg McCoy said this and I assume he’s h e owner. I read another review that said he keeps equipment in homes twice as long as he should so he can make more money. Saw another post that said he refused to pay an employee.

Fraud

Greg doesn't pay his employees their full hours. He ripped me off 18 hrs of overtime after I spent an entire 7 day week doing disaster relief for hurricane Florence! He is a fraud. Claims I'm not the last to have this problem. He also charges people double on drying their homes so he can make more. He presents himself professional but is by far a fraud!! Don't be the next victim!
