Worst place ever! Maybe they c...

Worst place ever! Maybe they can spend their money on better personal and not on advertising! I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy! The really don't treat you with respect! Kevin Rigdon and Jeremy Lennox are even worse to deal with!

Poor workmanship, poor customer service

I dropped off my Nissan Frontier pickup for repair of the right rear quarter panel. Received the truck back, everything looked good. Approximately 6 months later I notice that the clear chip guard in front of the rear wheel well was missing on the right side, the repaired side. Subsequently, there were numerous stone paint chips. SK had failed to complete the job by attaching the stone guard.

When I contacted them, they weren't very concerned because the job was done about 6 months ago. So much for their so called "lifetime warranty".

Contacted a district manager, he offered to repaint the quarter panel and they would need to keep my truck for 3 to 4 days but that I would have to pay for my own rental. As I practically live in my truck, I drive 1000+ miles per week, I felt that SK's guarantee and customer service is lousy.

You're better off taking your vehicle to a small family owned body shop that takes pride in their quality and workmanship instead of using an "assembly line" type operation.

Life Saver

I have never been a fan of taking my car in anywhere. I recently got in an accident and just knew getting my car repair was going to be a nightmare. I happen to take it to Service King because you can make an appointment online. I had the best experience anyone could wish for. They were professional, quick and polite. Thank you Service King!!!

Better than NEW--

I took my beat up Saturn in after the insurance company I have told me to go there. I thought they would total it but I really didn't want that but sure enough, they could fix it for a lot less than I thought. Whew...that kept me out of car payments for another 5 years! I was so happy with their work. The damage was to the front fender of my car but when I got it back, the whole car looked new. They must have really buffed it good. I would recommend to anybody. Paint and body work is normally really expensive from what my dad says but since he saw my car, he has used them again like at least two times with no problems. He would also recommend Service King.

Terrible Experience

Received an estimate for some minor bumper damage. The initial estimate was for $480. After leaving the car for the work to be done, they called back and indicated after further inspection the work would be $2,500. They encouraged us to file a claim with our insurance company to have the work completed, after declining to pursue the repairs they charged us $150 to have the bumper cover re-installed on the vehicle. Although the initial estimate paperwork does indicate it was a visual inspection estimate, it did not make mention to the fact that additional charges may apply if the work is not completed. We took our vehicle to a reputable business, Herbs, and the same repair costed $350 with excellent customer service.

Dissatisfied

If you are interested in having your vehicle repaired back to its original state, I highly suggest another organization. The workmanship at this location is the worst I've ever experienced.
