I couldn't believe the difference just a few "tweaks" made! We switched realtors and our new agent suggested we call Sell it FAST. So glad we did! We did everything they suggested and sold in under 60 days. I will never sell another house without using them!

We had an excellent experience with Sell it FAST. They were very friendly, professional, and true experts in home staging. Our house looked gorgeous and we received an offer at our first open house after their work. I initially thought home staging would be too expensive for us, but we needed help! They worked within our budget and their pricing was fair and affordable, especially since we got our full asking price! Although we didn't hire them to do everything, they do offer a full range of services like landscaping, cleaning, interior design, etc. They do it all (which is nice to know)! We will definitely hire them again and have recommended them to all our friends.

When I worked with Sell It FAST Home Staging and redesign, I felt completely at ease. They really considered what was needed to sell my house. It turned out beautiful and my house sold in just over a week for more than the asking price!! They are so professional but know how to treat their customers. There were no hidden fees and I felt that I got everything I could want in a staging and design firm. Since I loved the work they did in my previous house staging, I hired their in staff INTERIOR DESIGNER to decorate and design my new home! They really know what they are doing! Our home was on the market for 9 months when we called Sell It FAST. They spent over an hour going through our home with us, giving us tons of advise on how to improve how we presented our house. They helped us with paint colors and we rented several pieces of decor to update our house - we even rented a gorgeous dining room set to replace ours. Our house was staged perfectly in about a week and we had another open house that Sunday. By Wednesday we had an offer! I wish we had contacted Sell It FAST Home Staging 9 months ago! I will never try to sell a house again without hiring them FIRST!
