Provided by YP.comThe gentleman that serviced my television was excellent. Very professional, polite and efficient. The contact personal were not so polite. The first lady I spoke to on the phone I must have interrupted her coffee break because she was rude and obnoxious with a hateful tone of voice. The second gentle man I spoke to was nice but I could hear his supervisor in the back ground telling him what to say. I thought wow no prior training and the supervisor is basically telling him to be firm and direct. The third lady I spoke to was very polite and professional with a pleasant tone of voice. My review keep the service tech and train the people that answer the phone initiatily how to talk and treat customers.
