This is a true story....My brother & senior citizen is stuck on I-40 and exit 325 at Navajo Az. ,truck breaks down and police stop by and call "their friends", in the mean time I am in NV on my laptop and I find Mikes Road Service, He quotes me a very reasonable price to tow them home, about 8 miles from their location of breakdown. Scotty's Road Service shows up 2hrs after his "friends" called him and says it will be $257.00 for hook-up and then towing to location of home which is 8 miles one way. 3 times more then Mike's. $85.00 just to hook up the truck and the rest is ?????? how do you justify your charges. I called Mike and pleaded with him to help us and he did. Mike's Road Service will be getting lots of customer referrals from me and my family.
