My drain on my basement floor was clogged and they came the same day and took care of the clogg and were very professional and people persons and very nice nd would recommend them to all my friends and family

Scott's team helped resolve a serious water issue affecting the potential sale of the house. Well done, response and really cared that it was done correctly.

Scott and his crew video taped my drain, diagnosed the problem, and explained the issue to me in an easy to understand way. Scott interfaced with the home warranty adjusters and provided a video cd for me to submit to my homeowners insurance. The follow up work was completed the very next day and at a very reasonable price. Both Scott and his crew were very friendly and I would recommend Scott and his crew for any job.

Scott's ad on his website reads "no job too big or small" and that is 100% true, because the service provided on a small job to a plumbing company, but a HUGE deal to an old lady, was absolutely 100% top notch. My elderly mother recently had an overflowing clogged toilet at her home. Apparently the plumbing company she had been dealing with prior to Scott's did not think it was a priority job, as they told her she would have to wait a day and a half before they could fit her in. That was a real problem. She is a fall risk healthwise. Not being able to use this toilet overnight would have meant she would have had to navigate stairs to another bathroom while groggy in the middle of the night. On a friend's recommendation, she called Scott. He was wonderfully understanding about her situation, and he had two lovely young gentlemen at her place later that day who promptly and thoroughly fixed the problem. In addition, they treated her in such a kind and friendly manner that she raved all night about the service she received. Scott Boyd Plumbing just picked up not one, but two new customers, as I will certainly be calling him myself when the time comes that I need a plumber at my home.

DOT Certified! Great person to interface with the gas company. Columbia Gas shut off my gas because they found a leak. I was freaking. Started calling people. All telemarketing BS numbers. I finally got Scott. He answered the phone after 5pm, came the next day with a crew, dug up and fixed the gas leak, and actually got Columbia Gas to turn on the gas the very next day they shut mine off. Everything is updated now, too. They were gone by 3pm. Concrete is still drying. I had a warm bath last night.

We recently put on an addition and had Scott Boyd Plumbing do the plumbing work. It was a kitchen, laundry room and new sewage line. He was the only part of the addition that went well. He helped us out when our contractor bailed on us. His workers were neat, on time and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Class act company.

We needed to hook up a gas dryer - that's it. I was quoted a price for two men to come to my house and complete the job. He sent out 1 man and doubled the price. That being said they left without completing the job. Very unprofessional and rude to my wife on the phone and will not return my phone call to explain the costs. We had to call another plumber out to complete this service.



Only chose 1 star because 0 was not an option!!!

After hiring a company to clear my sewer for a cheap rate I found it wasn't cheap at all shortly after they were at my house they had me siging a contract to replace my trap. Well they dug it up to find more problems and wanted more money. $6800. That's when I called Boyd. They were right out and finished the sewer thru the yard 65 feet for less $ than the first company wanted to just dig up the trap. Just a heads up don't be fooled by the salesmen / plumbers out there I consider myself a smart man but was out-smarted by a great closer. Beware Thanks Scott u saved me thousands.

I had a terrible water problem in the basement of my recently purchased home. I contacted several different waterproofing companies and plumbers. While their estimated costs for repair was quite varied, all of the contractors agreed that the the solution to my water problem was a french drain. I chose Scott Boyd to do the repair work - not because his estimate was the lowest, but he explained exactly what needed to be done & how they would do it.

The project was started on a Monday and ended on a Friday. Everthing that had to be moved for the job was put back in its place and they cleaned up completely - even wiping down my washer & dryer. The sump system is already hard at work as the tons of snow our area was hit with this winter are starting to melt.

I would recommend Scott Boyd Plumbing without hesitation - as a matter of fact I already have.

Am not pleased. Hiring someone to do a job should result in a pleasant experience.

I had Scott Boyd Plumbing do a French Drain in my basement. I want to commend them on a job well done. They were very professional, neat, and clean and very fair with their prices. They mopped themselves out of the basement, leaving the job site spotless. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

This morning I woke to water pouring out of a pipe and onto my electric panel. Turns out there was an uncapped pvc pipe in my attic, left by Mr Boyd after completing all of the plumbing in my house. I will pull my receipts as to all of the money I have spent to correct such errors committed by Mr Boyd and I will edit this review with the amounts. The repair to fix the uncapped pipe alone went for $200. Be back in a week or so to finish this review...

I was very happy with the service I received from Scott Boyd. He was prompt, was very professional and even cleaned up the mess in my basement bathroom without me even asking. I called several plumbers before I selected him and am pleased with the results I received. He did a complete rebuild on my toilet, even on issues that I didnt even know about. I got a 1 year warrantee on the work that he did which makes me feel confident that he did the job right the first time. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Smooth talked us into paying $1500 for a sink faucet set that you can buy anywhere or $150. Also an estimate for further work included $270 for 3 feet of PVC piping that can be bought at Lowes hardware for $5 per 10 feet.

Scott Boyd Plumbing was extremely efficient, prompt and very professional. Our sewer backed up and, after testing it, they had to jack hammer our concrete basement floor to replace old broken sewer pipes. They had to remove tree roots, lay and test new pipe and re-concrete the floor. Excellent Job. We would recommend them highly.

Boyd plumbing was a great choose for our remodeling project. What we liked the most is that they did it all, leaving no stress for us. The guys were very clean and professional.
