This is a great company to do business with. They came out when they said, did the work they told me they would do and did it for less than the other quotes I got.

I have a big lawn with lots of trees and shrubs. I've done business with different tree companies in the past but I've never gotten the service and quality that I got from these folks. I will us them from now on.

They wont take my card without an extra charge. That is ridiculous in this age.

Bad customer service - they never call back, I guess they have more business than they need!

We had Schuloff trees come out to trim fruit trees in March and they trimmed an amazing amount off of the tree so that this summer when we've had so much fruit because of the heat and the mild spring we thought there had been a problem when our branches were stressed. The arborist and management came out and explained each aspect of the tree's growth and came up with solutions. They brought out a crew within the hour to take the fruit off and haul it away and now the tree looks great again. They went above and beyond in service and addressing our concerns. After talking with them I don't think their work in March had any bearing on the problems we had and yet they were more than willing to help us solve the problem. I think their people know what they're doing and they have great customer service. We use Schulhoff for our lawn care as well. Highly recommend this company

I had 4 bids on some tree and lawn work I needed. They were the only ones who came out when they said. I was surprised that they spent time giving me advice on my yard. I have had tree work done over the years with other companies, but never was informed like I was with this company. The work turned out great, they missed a branch, but I called and they reponded quickly and took care of it. I didn't feel pressured at all, and they gave me great pointers on the lawn that I could do that has helped out greatly. I figured I would send this out to just let others know about my positive experience.

I was very surprised to find a company like Schulhoff that actually came out when they said and spent time going over my property. They spent time giving me advice on things they could do to improve my property but also things I could do. Throughout the years I have met with other "tree guys", but nobody came close to the professionalism that I have been looking for. Sometimes I call them for just advice, and they are always there to help. Sometimes stuff like that is hard to find. Call em'

If what you're looking for is terrible communcation, extremely delayed work, and the worst customer service ever...well, then this is your place. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Over the years I have used a number of tree services. Schulhoff was always honest and gave me quality recommendations. The pricing was right in the middle of the bids I recieved, but the service has always been excellent. I have found them to be extremely honest, and not a bit of pressure with the sales arborists.
