Mr. Leo and his group just finished our hardwood floors and we love them. When we were gathering quotes, he was the most affordable and the most professional. He was recommended by a couple who couldn't speak highly enough of him, so we decided to give him the job and we are glad we did! They were prompt, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They cleaned up their workspace each day and finished the job quickly. I had Leo Sanchez and Sanchez Construction Group repair the siding on my home and the work speaks for itself! Mr. Sanchez and his team was very professional and always arrived punctually and great in communicating what was going on with the repair. His prices were extreme fair. He even went above and be his job description replacing rotting wood before applying the siding. Sanchez Construction will definitely be the company I use when I have to make another repair on my home!

We found Mr Sanchez by chance - on a very early Sunday morning at Home Depot. We noticed him and his crew in the store, and as they were leaving my wife said "Get their card - anyone working this early on a Sunday has to be a real professional!". So we got his information, and asked for him to give us a quote for a quick renovation of our basement. The job was involved - re-routing duct work, changing electrical, adding new lighting, installing a drywall ceiling (and R-30 insulation for sound-proofing), putting in a soffit for the ductwork, and mounting baseboard trim. Because 3/4 of our exterior wall was concrete, the job would be more difficult in order to properly affix the ceiling framing and the trim.



When Mr. Sanchez came to survey the job before the estimate, he impressed me as very professional, knowledgeable, and careful. His bid was very reasonable, and when the work started, we found that he had several suggestions that made the project much better - for instance, by lowering the ceiling 2", we were able to dispense with a soffit altogether, and fit all of the ductwork in the ceiling space, but still have more than 8'! His crew worked quickly, and above all did the work to a very high standard. The metal frame for the ceiling was installed and the ductwork rerouted in less than two days, and the entire job, including lighting and painting, took only 6 days (including drying time).



Throughout the entire experience, we found Mr. Sanchez to be an excellent contractor, friendly, courteous, and above all, careful to provide the best quality job possible. Were are thrilled with his work, and have asked him back to do an additional job, involving the installation of a bathroom for the finished basement space. We *very* enthusiastically recommend The Sanchez Construction Group - you will VERY pleased with his fine service!

I find Mr. Leo Sanchez through a family member that had previously used his construction group. The group repaired their wall in a master bedroom, sheet rocked, painted, and replaced wood within the wall; this home was only 10 years old and had termites within the wall. My daughter told me to call Leo he would do the job right. I contacted Mr. Sanchez and he promptly came to my home to give me an estimate for painting my den. While we were talking he spotted some things that were wrong with my sheet rock only to find that my fireplace had been leaking; the whole backside of the fireplace was rotten. We then had to figure this into my painting which now would consist of replace wood, siding, 20 feet of new gutters, and correcting all windows; which were not properly installed when we bought the house brand new in 2003. I am so amazed at what was going on with my home that “I DID NOT KNOW”! The next thing we got down to pricing and again I was amazed and overwhelmed at how fair his price was. I previously had been quoted ridiculous prices, from four other companies, just to paint my den alone and there were no other individual painters’ or Paint Companies that noticed anything about my fireplace causing all of my problems. This group rates more than a 10+ with their work skills; they are clean, pick up behind themselves and remove all debris when finished. I will not hire anyone else in the future to work around my home, inside or outside, other than Mr. Leo’s group. They are fair, honest, trustworthy, bonded and licensed, show up on time. Once they start this group of men do not stop until dark. Most important when you are looking for a group to handle your work the Sanchez group stands on their word of honesty and they will do the job until it meets your satisfaction and it is correct. Anything that needs to be done Sanchez Construction can handle. I am so impressed!
