I called to get drains cleared. Once I explained the issue to the plumber, I called the office to talk about my home warranty insurance. San Pedro told me I had to pay, then called the plumber and sent him away without warning me. I called Roto Rooter and had the drains cleared in one hour at a very fair price. Should have called them first.

Awesome business! I had a plumbing problem on Easter Sunday, called them in the afternoon and asked if they could come the next day. They were here at 7AM. They pulled my toilet, snaked the pipe, then put a camera in the pipe, saw a huge calcium deposit in the pipe, chipped it out, snaked it, and put the toilet back in. They did this in about two hours and charged me about 25% of what I thought I would be paying. Very competent at an incredible price. I recommend them for anyone needing a plumber.
