I had rustys two my car from my house. Everything was going well until we discussed what to do with the car. I said I wasn't sure what we were gonna do. He mentioned some of the small rust and dents in the car. I said they were there when I got it. And what does he do? He hits my car with the towing hook. Very disrespectful. Next time I will be going with a different company. It's unexceptable to be hitting other peoples car.
