Very unprofessional staff. Had an appointment scheduled the time was to be between 1pm and 4pm on a Friday. I called at 4pm when they hadn't showed and someone gets on the phone and say their "guy" isn't coming. I asked why and he said I'm too far away! This is after they had already been to my house a month before and said I lied about where I live! Rick told me well find another guy! I hung up and called the warranty center that sent him and they got them to show up finally, in the mean time someone named Mike called my 15yr old daughter and yelled at her saying they were doing us a favor by coming out! I have never in my life been treated so poorly, in the end the service man did not know what the error code meant on the washer, he called me Monday and said they had to order the part. I called on Tuesday and they said it would take a week. The very same night ABC Warehouse called and said they in fact never ordered the part and the warranty center is replacing my washer.

Do yourself a big favor and NEVER use this company!!!
