Hired this service and charged me $740 for a carpet cleaning in one room only, a stairway and a hallway, plus vent and duct cleaning. Roommate had a hidden camera in his room and it shows them bringing in and laying down equipment to clean the vents and then moments later come right back in only to remove the equipment and leave without cleaning the vents! Another roommate says neither the female employee nor the owner Malcolm did not clean his vents either, nor did he see them clean my bedroom vents. I believe all they used was plain water minus the cleaning solution. Also, they replaced filters with wrong size filters and I had to buy the correct ones. Also part of the deal was for them to check for any cracks in the duct work, but they did not do that either. Added all kinds of charges to invoice that was not done.



There business license should be revoked for scamming the consumer, i.e. very shady business practices.



'Stay away' from this crook and hire a reputable company!!!
