they are a great company!, and ill guarantee that was a women who put this previous post, yeah feminine products is someone else taking your used tampons out of the trash and flushing them after u leave????

Horrendous service! I hired them to provide root removal maintenance in my new home and soon after I began having backup in the floor drain, which worsened over the next 2 days. Royal Rooter provided "no warranty" on the work, which I was not informed of ahead of time, but the owner, Gary, agreed to come out and look at it a 2nd time. They had cabled into the line only 85 ft even though we had been told that the distance to the city line was 120 ft. He complained about the angle of the pipe where he needed access, remarked that there was evidence in the street of prior city repairs, as though these things had prevented him from doing the job correctly. He routed the main again and pulled out more crud which he said was "feminine products" that he accused us of putting into the drain since his last visit a week ago. When I told him that was absolutely not the case (I have been a homeowner for 30 yrs), he became agitated, refused to complete the job, and left the premises.
