We were having problems with a clogged sewer line - Roto-Rooter sent Dorian (1462) , he was great! Very prompt and professional- knows what he doing- very clean- will ask for him in future if needed.

We called Roto Rooter due a problem with our garbage disposal and shower head in the bathroom. Cy (9823) came out and promptly took care of both items, was helpful and explained potential sources of the problem and how to ensure it does not happen in the future.

I called Roto router yesterday evening and they came out this morning. The guy Reggie (1027) knew exactly what was wrong with my main sewer line & He was also very polite. When he completed his job he cleaned the waste that came out of the main sewer line. I’m very happy with the service that was provided.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink. Patricio Tech number 2029 was sent to resolve the clog. He was professional, very kind and he got the job done. My situation was an unusual one (bent piping). It was hard to rod. He would not give up until he got rid of the clog. I give him six stars if If could.

Terrence was very professional and friendly. We are very happy with the same day service we received. Terrence was able to fix our problem at a good price and within a reasonable amount of time! He even provided us with his personal cell phone if we have any problems!

I have now used Rooter Rooter two times. I originally tried to go with a privately owned company. I thought I would come out ahead that way. To my surprise I was not able to hire anyone in northwest Chicago that was privately owned. They either flaked on me or they never returned my phone calls. So, with both of my issues, I reached out to Rooter-Rooter. Both times they were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive. The first time I had an emergency on New Years Eve and they dispatched someone right away. The pricing was not a huge dent to my budget either. I am grateful for their service and will be using them again in the future.

I experienced problems with my laundry drain backing up through the basement floor drain. I phoned roto-rooter and made an appointment. Initially, I was concerned that the servicemen did not come in within the designated appointment window of 8-12 noon. I live in Indiana and I was unaware that they were coming quite a distance from the Chicagoland area to provide the service. Once they arrived, I was absolutely impressed with their professionalism from the moment they arrived. They immediately put on shoe covers, assessed the problem and took time to make sure I understood everything about the job they needed to do. They also did a great job of explaining my options so much so that I ended up having them perform a second job of clearing my main line as a preventive measure to remove roots that were rapidly growing. It was exciting to see the video that they recorded as they scoped out the line. I knew that I was paying for a service that was definitely needed based on what I saw!!! Jair-5259 and Taylor (who was relatively new with your company) were so courteous and patient with me and I truly appreciated their "kid glove" service as I am a seasoned senior citizen. It was great to see that there are good young men who care about those who are up in years. I will definitely use roto-rooter in the future and will refer the company to my many friends, relatives, neighbors and aged associates. Roto-Rooter is senior friendly and beyond. Thanks again. I have always been able to get appointments out to help with my sewer issues as soon as they popped up that day. After consulting with Kelly we decided the best thing to do was a clean-out. That day they started marking my lawn and getting permits. The next morning they had the job all done, as fast as they could be. Quick, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend.

Had roots in my sewer drain causing backup of sewage. Patricio Tech #2029 came and was very professional, considerate of my things and was quick, efficient and clean.

Patricio (Tech#2029) was fantastic! Both of us thought it would be a simple de-clog but turned out my kids flushed some objects down the toilet and turned into more of a project. He was extremely professional, didn't get flustered and clearly communicated the steps he was taking making sure I was informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend!

Cy (Tech #9823) was great! I would give him more stars if I could. He did quality work, was clean, thorough and efficient. He even provided supplies on the spot from his truck that prevented back and forth trips to the store. He also identified other problems and repaired them so I didn’t have to reschedule any follow up appointments. Although the cost of repairs was more than I expected, it was worth it. You pay for what you get. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again and recommend Cy.

Very good got the problem with tree roots fixed in no time. Solve problem with drains backing up into house.

We had water coming up in our basement again, not sure what was going on, I called Roto Rooter as they had did the initial work a couple of months ago. Harold 2004 was our plumber came right in and did everything he could until he found the problem and promptly found was causing the problem. He not only found the problem but fixed it. So glad we chose Roto Rooter for our plumbing needs they have not let us down yet. Thank you Harold 2004 and Roto Rooter.

I had water in my basement and neither the water mitigation or water sealing companies were able to identify the problem. RotoRooter excavated to replace 30 ft of sewer and installed a cleanout. Gino (#3003) and Matt (#3081) worked expertly, tirelessly and carefully for nearly six days. They were considerate of landscaping and empathetic with the enormity of the project.
They both exceeded my expectations!!

My kitchen sink was clogged and backed up. I called Rotorooter and they came out within a couple of hours.
Jair (5259) came in and did a tremendous job. He resolved the issue within a half hour and had me flowing again. It's been just under a week and the sink is still going strong! Thanks Jair and Rotorooter :)

Was very nice and professional especially with my sick kiddos in the house.. he was friendly when they talked to him... got the job done quick and easy!!! Will recommend them.

Cy did a great job replacing our sump pump. He was very informative and helpful. He also did a quick job and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!

We called and 3 hours later had Tim come to our home. We had two bathtubs that would not drain. He quickly fixed the problems and also proactively gave us pointers on what we could do to prevent that same problem and other commonly made plumbing issues around the house.
