called late because storm drain had backed up and 4" of water in the basement. Answer at 10:30 pm said they would be out before 11:00 am. came at 10:30 am. was done by 11:45. Efficient, courteous, friendly, professional, fair. Can't say enough good things.

Frank Jr. Was great, call around 10am he was at my by 12 noon, he tried different cutters to get threw the trap and got my house nice flowing, price was very resonable and fair. He didn't leave until he knew everything was flowing freely

I live in Mississippi and I have property in Detroit, I had water in the basement in my Detroit home on Christmas eve, I called a company that I had dealt with before and they came out and could not cut through the main drain they charged me $80 with no results, Then I called Frank at Root Masters he came out and snaked the main line and the water left, I was put on a regular maintance program. I so thankful.
