Rob and his team of experienced workers installed a sprinkler system in our yard this week. They did everything they said that they would do plus more. They will be following up to make sure the system is working well and we have no doubt that it will happen because he has followed through on every commitment to date. Bonus: The price was very reasonable.

Have delt with Robs Sprinklers for several years. They have always showed up as agreed and done excellent work at very reasonable prices. My system quit working (they did not install) and they sent a crew of 4 out to figure out what the problem was. They figured it out, fixed it, and did not charge for the work. Very impressive.

Thought Rob was exceptional last year but this year-2007 totally dissatisfied. Rob failed to show up for appointment or call. He has failed to return my calls for the last 2 weeks. Will look for someone reliable and who respects the customers time.
