I had a terrible experience with Rob's. My husband and I bought our first house -- As part of the inspection, Rob's "fixed a leak" in the AC unit. A few weeks later, the leak was worse than ever and water was bubbling up through my hardwood and tile floors. When I called Rob's they were very rude and immediately pointed fingers everywhere else, even though they were the last one's working on the unit. They didn't even apologize, much less use their insurance to help repair the damage. I've got ruined floorboards, drywall damage and mold. Stay away from Rob's!!!!

If you have a problem you have to speak to Rob's wife and she is very unprofessional, unreasonable and unwilling to help. They do not honor their extended warranty plans and their service men do not know how to service the units without coming out several times and multiple charges. I will never use this company again !!!
