Do not. ever let them tow your RV unless you know how to put your drive shaft back in. They take it out and put the parts somewhere in the RV hopefully you know what they look like to find them . Then when you ask them about putting it back in they say they are not a certified mechanic, Well then why do they have someone take it out if they cannot put it back in. Plus they ar rude when you ask them about it . Every one I have talked to whom are tow drivers all say they should have put it back since it was not taken to a repair shop. And these are people that tow everything including semi trucks. So the word is out and I know a few truck companies that will not be using them. Truckers spread the word fast.

They stole from me. My roadside assistance covers 14 miles. Mapquest and Google maps show 14.7 miles based on the receipt i was given. They initially told me it was 48 miles over the 14. When I refused they lowered it to 30 over. I informed them they were still wrong and they refused to discuss it. I will be taking them to small claims court to get my refund and I am going to contact all the roadside assistance companies and inform them of their bad business practices.

If I could give less than one star I would. This company left my husband stranded on the highway for 3 hours!!! My husband called them.and told them his location and advised them his phone was dying. I noticed it getting late and decided to call my husband. When his phone went to voicemail I immediately called these unprofessional useless company which thank god geico gave me their number. They rushed me off the phone the first time and said they didn't pick up a black bmw. When I called back I was transferred to the driver which was rude and did not give me the location where my husband's car was and simply kept saying that the case was closed since Noone picked up. I told him my husband phone died and he just didn't care and even told me he is off work and shouldn't be helping me! I freaked out since they left my husband stranded for 3 hours on the highway!!! He then went to say it wasn't his problem my husband's phone died. Again I screamed at him to give me my husband's location so I could find him and he said call his insurance and hung up. I want to make all of you aware that this company is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered! Please stay as far away as possible and consider calling another tow truck company.

after calling for a tow truck to get a start I call RJ ours called RJR towingwhen did told truck driver came he was very for ceases nasty and didn't even know wherethe battery was, he had cables that was corroded and didn't have any connection. he also stated that I needed to start and when I knew that wasn't true after having a confrontation with him over the receipt because he didn't jump start my car I had to call the police to resolve the issue the employee was very nasty disrespectful and races he actually told me he don't like doing nothing for black people.

and the average of 200 times a day for the companyI understand Plane 10 years 42 OK text to talk don't work good here , 200 tows a day one or two ccomplaints a year is not bad, I have been towing for 33 years from Miami now jax-op always had some problems with some cars and customer's but look jax is the largest city in the U.S. bound 2 have problems sometimes please be patient

They had poor customer service when I needed towing for my car with a bad transmission and waited almost 3 hours for them to arrive. Never received any notification that he was around or anything. This is by far the worst company I have ever experienced.

Was told the tow truck woild arrive within an hour. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called and spoke to some man that was half asleep and was told that the driver was stuck in traffic (mind you it's the middle of the afternoon!) and would arrive in 25 minutes or less. I waited ANOTHER hour before they decided to show up. Do NOT call this tow service unless you have a few HOURS to spare!
