My laptop went haywire on a business trip to Providence and I thought I lost important data that I needed. I contacted RI Computer Tech and explained the urgency of my situation. Mike was able to meet with me the very next morning, and not only retrieved my important data, but also cleaned up my computer so that it's running fast and efficient again. He worked within my time constraints and did it all for an extremely reasonable rate. I can’t say thanks enough and would strongly recommend RI Computer Tech for any computer related services you may need.

Recently our family's PC began to make a series of horrifying noises and then shut down completely. Unsure what to do I contacted Mike at RI Computer Tech and he immediately began diagnosing over the phone. He offered to make an appointment asap and I was glad to hand over our machine in to his care. We were informed the very next day that our hard drive had crashed. Thinking the worse, I felt sure we would lose all of our family photos and other vital information. Mike assured us he would try his best to recover that information and, to our amazement, he did. We did require a new hard drive be installed but I am happy to say that our computer has never run smoother or faster. Mike's helpful tips on memory backup and performance, and his professional and courteous manner made this experience a real pleasure. We highly recommend his services.
