Wish I called them FIRST. I called some other places and was NOT impressed. Cash For Cars offered more money, was friendlier and the car was already picked up and I am happy to see it removed. If my current ride dies, I know who I am calling first!

I talked to a rep on Thurs at 1:00 pm.We agreed on a price for my car and he said he would have the car picked up. I would receive a e-mail within an hour with his info and confirm this.I also would receive a call fron the tow driver to set up a time. It is now Fri 5:15 pm and none of this has happened.I have tried calling but keep getting a company that is an affiliate of cash for cars and the cant help me. no way to run a company!!!!!!

Would love to give them five stars, as they were polite and paid me what they promised. However, the tow truck driver was a little late (he said his navigation wasn't working) so I had to sit for 20 minutes extra. Other than the towing thing, they paid me on the spot for my old Ford and I am VERY happy it's gone! (and can NEVER come back!) Thanks!

Waiting on the towing company to call me now but the representative i spoke to was extremely professional and offered to beat the other prices that I got quoted...will let everyone know as soon as the transaction is complete how everything went! =)

I had to get rid of a car that was piling up parking tickets. I called, they offered me more than anyone else, and the car is gone. (and I have some $$$ left after paying the tickets)

Showed up exactly when they said they would and paid the amount they promised. Thanks!

I don't normally even read these reviews, but there are so many places that seem like scams..and it is the car business afterall. So I called 5 of the top places listed on here. Cash For Cars, by far was the friendliest and easiest to deal with. Two places never even called me back and one has this tough sounding new yorker that scared me a bit. He said my car was worth about $1000 less than the amount I sold it to Cash For Cars. The other was ok, but they just seemed disorganized and couldn't lock on an amount. Feel free to read my other reviews of the car buying companies. I think this one is the best, IMHO. Thanks!

I had called another company and they never showed. I called Cash For Cars and they beat the other offer and actually came the same day to pick up the car. They are nice and handled everything very quickly.

Fast, Easy, and did I mention FAST? I called at 10:30 this AM. They just left my house with my car. THIS is the right place to call.

Fast and Easy. One call, got an offer for my car, they came when they said and paid me. I would recommend to anyone.

My experience with this company was frustrating. My initial conversation with their representative was adequate; they quoted me a price which was higher than that of other companies I spoke with. From there on, however things became disorganized/mismanaged.



When I called the local branch to confirm what time they could come pick up the car, the employee I spoke with informed me that I would have to wait from 8 AM to 5 PM the next day for the towing company to meet with me; she could not refine the wait period any further. I reluctantly agreed to this. The next day, while waiting during my 9 hour appointment window, the towing company called me to schedule a pick up for "the next day or the day after".



Needless to say, I wasted 2+ days because of the misinformation I was given re: the towing appointment.

Thank you! They came on time, paid what they promised and got a headache out of my driveway.

Called these guys. Spoke to "John" great guy, very nice, easy going. Quoted me $400 cash for a ratty ol Ford "exploder" as he called it!. Gave me his 'obligatory' "do you want to donate it?" speech. I declined, no problem, no pressure. he relayed my info to a tow company, told me they'd call me in 15 minutes. They called me in 5. Tow company tried to schedule me for the next day but I asked for same day pick up, they put me on hold for 5 seconds, got back on and said "okay, between 2 and 4 today". they showd up at 4:10, no big deal. I handed the guy my title, he handed me $400 CASH- not a check, CASH! the car was on the flatbed, I had cash in hand and the "exploder" was gone in 6, maybe 8 minutes tops. Uh, yeah, I recommend them. Six stars!

Easy and fast. I read the reviews of this company, and loved the fact that the CEO actually responded to the negative ones with valid replies. I decided to email him myself to see if it was legit. He replied and helped me get my car sold fast. They picked it up the same day. So for all you haters out there, go back to work for the company that wishes they were this good!

GREAT service! I called a few of the other "so called" cash for cars places and got the run around on a quote. One place had to call back in a few days...days??? Another place was just some guy on his cell phone. (I could hear his kids in the background) and he offered $100 or I could donate it.(?) THIS place was professional, honest, and paid when they picked up my car. (it just drove off on the tow truck a few hours ago!) I would reccoomend them to anyone looking to sell a car.

Fast, Easy and WOW! They really went above and beyond to help me out. My car was in an accident and my insurance company planned to total it out and give me a whopping $700 for my car. (it's an old car, but still what I need to get to work every day) I had the option to not file a claim and keep my car and fix it or sell it on my own. I called Cash For Cars and they offered me $1100 even though the car was damaged. Since the engine had been rebuilt a few months ago, and it wasn't damaged, as well as most of the car still being in pretty good shape, they said they'd be able to sell it off as parts. They were the only place that made me an offer that made sense. THANKS!!!

ABUSED. That is how I feel today. I called this company and everything was fine, they made me an offer that seemed fair...until they showed up today. They TRIED to get me to sell for $500!! when they had first offered me $1750!!!! They should be reported to someone to stop this. They driver TRIED to convince me to sell the car - NO WAY. I feel hurt by this.

FINALLY a winner. Cash For Cars offered me almost DOUBLE what the other companies offered. THIS is the place to call!

Pretty convenient service if you have a piece of junk car that you don't want to bother with anymore. You might not get the absolute MOST money for it, but if you don't want to spend time posting it on craigslists or any of that, then this might be for you. Free towing and paperwork + get some cash.
