I cannot say enough about this...

I cannot say enough about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is seeking one on one attention that is needed to recover from an injury. They ensure that I am performing my exercise routine properly and am not making my injury worse- I am already seeing results that I was not able to achieve on my own ( because I was doing the exercises incorrectly ) I am now on my path to recovery!
