I suggest staying away from Reseda Family Medical Clinic run by Dr. Syrus Feridouni. I've never had such a horrifying experience with a doctor or clinic.

1. They bill $390 for just the doctor's visit not including any treatment. In comparison, West Oaks Urgent Care in Winnetka charges about $65.

2. They overbill for service even if you they say they take your insurance. My insurance refused to pay portions of the bill as they exceeded their contractual agreement.

3. Dr. Feridouni has a cruel bed side manner. When cleaning a wound on my daughter's palm which was extremely painful, he asked her if it hurt and when she said it did, he told her "no it doesn't".

4. I was incorrectly and over-billed for services received and when I attempted to resolve the matter by explaining to Dr. Feridouni (in a calm and polite manner) why the billing was incorrect, he started yelling at me, said if I didn't pay he would send me to collections and hung up the phone

Excellent service--the nurses are very nice and caring.

i had a dnc postpartum, and there was debri left in my uterouse which got infected,causing me severe pain, Dr.feroudini is a wonderful docter he truley cares about your situation, and he lets you know exactly what you need and your rights he saw and treated me,gave me a referral to an e.r due to the need of an ultra sound and when the e.r didnt do what they were supposed to he got involved to make sure i was taking care of correctly, he also part times in an e.r so he knows and understands, the only downside to the clinic is the female docter that is there she is heartless and cold, i tried to have a refill faxed on a day that dr.ferdouni wasnt available, and she denied it didnt even care enough to find out was going on with me, i spent that whole night in pain,walked in the next morning and saw Dr.feroudini and he refilled my perscription without question.. he also gave me antibiotics that killed the infection and now i am feeling so much better. i am gratefull to this docter i give him five stars ***** i recomend him and his nurses they are excellent .- elisha watkins

Great services, least waiting time and reasonable charge, excellent and knowdlgable doctors with very professional staff. It happened my son had a complicated bronchitis and asthma, they were able to accommodate all peccary treatment in the clininic including chest X Ray, Nebaulizer statement and antibiotics injection all in one place without any waiting!

Appreciate the service in our community!

Do not waste your time going to ER which cost couple of thousands $ each time.

Courteous staff. Great medical care. Not a long wait.
