Very unhappy. Went in to buy a gas dryer, telling them my Maytag of 30 years no longer worked, had no light inside, etc. They sold me a Speed Queen. No one on the floor knew anything about it, just said it was as good or better than any others there. After it was delivered, did one batch and noticed there was no light inside, and no sound alert when load is dry. Even my 30 year old Maytag and a light and a signal. Called them and because I had 'used' it, they would not exchange it for one I wanted, even if it was an upgrade that cost more to me. Very poor place to buy an appliance.
