I was so thrilled that he was so professional.
I wanted to change out my bathroom faucet. When Jacob was ready to place the faucet it was the wrong size. I had ordered online a 8 inch center spread instead of a 4 inch. So I had to go to the store to get the correct size. So Jacob was so great by coming back within an hour it took me to buy a new one in order to finish the job.
So I can say he is fabulous. My faucet looks fantastic. Plus the price he quoted me, he stuck to even with him having to come back. I wish I had met him sooner but from here on in, I will always use his services.
