Nick talks a good game but when things went wrong he disappears. No phone call back or any correspondences back. The floor is peeling and chipping in numerous areas. I would not recommend his services. Good luck to any new customers.

First and foremost, I would like to say, I am not one to write reviews. Through the years I’ve had many flooring contractors in my home. Most were good …. But reflections was exceptional! Nick came out to the house to look at the job and not only did he give me a price on the spot, but he also gave me a great tutorial on how to truly clean a wood floor. After opting to give Nick/reflections the job I could not be happier I cannot stress to anyone reading this review, how professional neat clean, kind, courteous and knowledgeable and truly talented the staff for reflections is. I would like to say an extra special thank you to Ace, who laid the floor in our addition beautifully these guys are top notch. I will never use any other company for all of my hardwood floors which are throughout my house ever again. Nick not only runs a great outfit here but is so so so caring to your personal needs ….. all of you reading this review please please SERIOUSLY consider using

My kitchen hardwood floors were deeply gouged when the refrigerator was moved in. The gouges were zig-zagged over several planks of wood and over 3 feet in length. Nicholas was able to repair the damage beautifully. He also taught me how to care from my newly refurbished floors. I am absolutely thrilled with how my kitchen looks and will definitely have Nicholas return when I do the rest of the wood floors in my house.

I would highly recommend Nicholas and his company. I used him for the first time over 10 years ago and was very satisfied. We decided to make some big changes from the last time by going from an oil to water base product and changed the color entirely. He helped us in the decision process and we couldn't be happier. He also went out of his way to come back to our house twice recently after we spilled an oil based paint on our newly refinished stairs. He was extremely kind, competent, competitive, reliable and efficient, which by today's standards are very hard to come by. I would highly recommend Reflections for all of your flooring needs.

Would recommend Reflections On Wood to everyone. Our wood floors look amazing! The service was excellent and the employees were great. Every time I reached out to set up times or for any questions I had my call was answered right away. We were able to set up the installation and the refinishing of our floors shortly after the estimate. The estimate was beyond reasonable and did not change. We have no complaints and will be using Reflections On Wood in the future for additional floor work we need done.

I rarely write reviews but I made an exception in this case because I value service and loyalty. Nick refinished floors and installed new hardwood floors in my home five or six years ago. At that time, he had the difficult job of blending and matching very old floors with new ones in an expanded and renovated dining room. Needless to say, he succeeded beyond my expectations. Jump to today. Now I am involved in another renovation. This time the transition between the renovated bathroom floor (not hardwood) and the hallway (previously refinished by Nick) left a space of unfinished and damaged floor (a problem he did not create). Without hesitation,Nick came out to the house twice. Once to view the problem personally, and the second time to install the solution he crafted back in his shop. He resolved the problem, treating the whole situation as if it was the completion of the job he was currently doing not one he had previously done. Nicholas and his guys did an awesome job at our house! He refinished the whole house and installed new hardwood in the kitchen, tying it with the dining room. His price was excellent, but what I liked the most was that he kept his word and it’s hard to find that nowadays. I definitely recommend him!

We recently purchased a beautiful older home which was in need of expert restoration. Nick from Reflections on Wood did a truly wonderful job refinishing the floors and installing new hardwood flooring in two rooms. Nick obviously knows and loves wood. He and his workers made the old fir floors glow with a beautiful luster which suited the warmth of the house perfectly. Followed through to make sure we were satisfied. He responded quickly a year later to help us repair a damaged section caused by a water leak. High recommend Reflections on Wood!

Nick installed all of the hard wood floors when we built our house four years ago and he did a great job. Anytime we have needed additional work or something fixed, most recently a gauge in the floor, he was prompt, neat and has done amazing work. There is no one better than him!
