Used Red's moving to pack a moving truck we rented to move our furniture to Tennessee. Just wanted them to pack a few of our heaviest pieces. We only had a few days left before the closing of our house, and running out of time, Red's managed to fit us in on a Saturday afternoon. John the manager was on the truck while Jacob and Robert brought him what he asked for. He was putting a puzzle together with all our stuff! He was so thoughtful, and wrapped each piece like a baby, in the blankets we provided. He tied everything off perfectly. After they had packed several of our heavy items and were about to be done, we could see that their professional knowledge and expertise of how to pack things to keep them from being damaged and to fit it all on the truck, was way more than we would know, we decided to let them do the whole truck. In Tn. everything arrived perfect, no damage of anything. Even the knots on the ropes untied with ease. Highly recommend Red's for their expertise.

I have used this firm over the years on multiple occasions. They are accurate in their price and time estimates, punctual, hard working and were extremely careful with our belongings. We had a number of large pieces that required being placed upstairs and downstairs, ones we thought they could not get there, and they got them all into place without a scratch on the furnishings or the walls. I would highly recommend these folks.

Red's moved us from our house in Grand Blanc to a storage unit 3 miles away (we had to move twice). The 4 men did a very nice job, had no extra fees, no surprises, took time out off the clock for lunch, and were respectful to my wife and daughter. I will say, though, they were expensive for 4 men on a Saturday and the move took longer than I was anticipating. So that's not a knock on Red's, that's just a head's up to potential customers that moving an entire house (boxes, furniture, everything) took 8 hours and was more time and money than we were anticipating. Red's did a fine job, though.
