I had a pipe burst in my bathroom and firgured I'd get my tub replaced at the same time. Chris did a great job explaining what he would do and how different their service was. I wanted someone I could trust because it's expensive. They had completely a smaller job in my 1/2 bathroom months earlier so I was comfortable with choosing them. Chris said because of the size of the job they couldn't do it until Monday or Tuesday the following week. I told him I was hoping sooner since this was the only tub I had so that ment no bath or shower for a week. I called him the Friday before to confirm we were still on for Monday/Tuesday and to check the cost for the tub. He told me yes we were but he would get back to me later that day with tub cost. I didn't hear from him so I left a voicemail that evening. Monday morning I didn't hear from him, I left another voicemail at 11am. Left 2 additional voicemails over the next 24 hours and NEVER hear back. I think this is rude& unprofessional!

Two thumbs down. If you are thinking of using Redbird, I urge you to reconsider. The owner was rude to us and actually hung up on us on two occasions. We used this company previously and had good experiences. But on a recent call, they were unable to correct the problem, didn’t have our correct phone number, and were more than an hour late to the appointment. When we talked to the owner, he acted arrogant and hung up when we questioned his solution. After that, we called him back and he hung up before we could resolve the situation. I have never been treated like this before by any business.

Found Redbird Plumbing through recommendations on Angie's List.I've used them twice since and couldn't be happier. They've now done our bathroom remodel and replaced our water heater when it quit working on a Saturday morning. I called other local plumbers and some had double the price redbird charged us. My wife is very pleased with their work and that they even wore booties when entering our home - she loved how clean they were and our finished bathroom, and I loved the price and quick, professional work (and hot water, ha).Definitely highly recommend Redbird Plumbing.
