My limited experiences with this company or its representitives have not been good. I am a handyman and was contacted to look at three properties which they wanted repair work done. There were two vacant properities which I looked at. I did not take on those jobs because I was not going to take on the liability or responsibility of equipment that other's brought in and I did not know the history. The third property was occupied but, I doubt that it had a certificate of occupancy. Why? because there were no smoke detectors, missing locks, missing light and outlet covers. I looked at and took on a plumbing job on a forth property which they managed. The repair work was done and leaks stopped. To date, I still have not been conpensated (Paid) for the work that I completed on April 20, 2011 and they don't seem to care. I would not and could not let this company manage anything that I own and I surely will not be working for them on any future jobs. No wonder maintenance people don't stay around long.
