The Razzmajazz Dixieland Jazz Band has been providing music and comedy for all ages across the North Texas and Metroplex areas since 1984. We combine high energy and audience participation to liven up any event. We perform at any type of event you can name! Parties, grand openings, retirement dinners, and wedding receptions are our specialties! Our music is a mix of roaring 20's, 30's, 40's, and 50's Dixieland Jazz and Swing Jazz performed in true MARDI GRAS / Roaring 20's style! Our show provides music AND comedy with an emphasis on audience participation! The Band is available in a variety of sizes and forms to fit your event, venue, and budget. Instrumentation includes clarinet, trumpet, trombone, banjo, bass, and/or drums. You select the right size group for your event. Our shows are costumed for your event - from red and white striped shirts, white pants, and garters to formal tuxedos with black or red cummerbunds and ties. You let us know what is appropriate! We perform strolling (acoustically) or do a full blown stage show with PA system and lights.
