Jeff and his assistant showed and went right tot work. They found the rat nests and cleaned them out. His work is excellent and his demeanor is very professional.



I give Rat Magic a Hearty Endorsement.

DANGER WILL ROBINSON....DANGER...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...



I had to call for 3-Days, 3-4 calls a day before I even got a call back.



Then I was promised that "My Partner will call you back in half an hour", more like 2-Hours.



I finally get the call, but explain that I did not him come over that night. After a minutes we agreed to him show up the next day, Friday. "I will be there by 3:00 P.M." By 5:00 P.M. I was the business again and getting the answering machine.



I called on Monday, then on Tuesday to complain about the lack of service on his partner's fault by failing to show up.



I have never heard back from this company.



They are liars.

Jeff works efficiently, and charge reasonable. The stories he shared is very interesting. I would recommend him to my friends.

Would recommend! Great, quick, prompt, and HONEST! These days it is so difficult to find an honest and dependable worker, but Jeff and his worker assured me that his results would be worth the money I paid - and it really was! He NEVER made me feel financially obligated, nor did he ever make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I'm glad I chose him! Thanks yellow page reviews! And thank you Jeffrey!

Jeff seems to know what he's doing. He is well experienced, very friendly and recommended multiple solutions to our raccoon problem. Responded quickly and took care of the problem the same day. He's the kind of guy who will not take advantage of the situation but instead give you options.



I would highly recommend Jeff if you ever encounter rodent problems!!!

I had a super bad skunk odor under my house-it was uninhabitable. I called Rat Magic at about 8:30 am and Jeff responded the same afternoon. He located a dead skunk under the house and removed it and deodorized the area in a very short amount of time. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and obvious expertise..(and good sense of humor)



I would highly recommend this company to anyone-and will call them again should the need arise-
