EmailIn 1980 Founders Mike & Fouly Frangos open original store in downtown Cleveland,OH opposite Cleveland State University. Also, hairspray and spandex manufacturers begin to see rise in sales. 1982-Students of Cleveland State named Rascal House Best Off-Campus Eatery. Eating downtown becomes cool again. 1986-Largest city newspaper, Cleveland Plain Dealer, names Rascal House Pizza Cleveland, Best Pizza Whitney Houston Greatest Love of All becomes a hit. Coincidence? 1996-Rascal House knack for presentation and value fuels the explosion of casual catering into office and business settings. Lunch breaks are fun again. The American Dream is alive and the world rejoices in the cheesy glory.

Provided by YPmobileAt rascal house, they wash their hands to make pizza---->then they make the pizza, clean off the counters with cleaning spray, answer phones, type on computers, and then Immediately go back to making pizzas when an order comes in (Without washing their hands again). I personally think this is gross!! But if you're okay with that, go ahead and eat the pizza :)
