After losing a loved one I order flowers from a well known flower company, at last minute notice they called and cancelled order due to no delivery drivers in area. Rapid Roses went above and beyond and not only designed a beautiful arrangement., but was able to make certain it was on time for funeral with short notice. They were pleasant on the phone and being I don't use email called me to let me know it was delivered.
