Don't waist your time like I did mine. This guy is a piece of work. Set up a time to meet with him to look at a short term lease on an apartment and he stood me up! I was referred to him by another relator and when he found out that he wasn't going to be my exclusive relator he dumped me.... Nice guy. One last thing..... When someone from out of state comes to town, for three days, to look at houses. Doesn't logic dictate that you would set up more than one house for him to see? Don't waist your time!!!

Very Pleased

I recently had a 3 month lease with Mr. Raines and I wanted to give him a little praise for his

hard work on this page. I found his website here. I have been very pleased with my stay at his property and I would highly recommend him to everyone. The units were very clean and well maintained. I had one small problem while I was there and it was fixed the same afternoon. If you need a decent place to stay in Charleston, WV give him a call.

You won't be dissapointed here. Great service, met me at airport.

Friendly courteous service. Very reasonable rates, I usually pay much more when traveling. The buildings are older but are well maintained and very functional. Also the other tenants living there were great neighbors, Keep up the good work Rick.
