RGS just replaced the gutters and siding on our home. They did great work. The siding looks amazing. I never imagined our home could look so modern and new. It is amazing. The workers were great. I am very very satisfied.

the estimator came out. He gave me a very thorough estimate. they gave me several options. They always showed up on time and stayed on budget. The guys that did that work work great. Vey professional clean cut profesionals. Bottom line they did what they said they would do. I highly reccomend them.

They came out and gave us a very thourough reveiw of our gutter system. Salesman gave us several options and with his recomendation we went with one of them. They showed up when they said they would and did the job for the price we agreed to even when there were a few unforseen extra costs. I would highly reccomend them. they are great

Wanted minor job handled fast, but was told an estimate was required. Waited 1 week for the scheduling which was a 'no show'! Waited 2 additional weeks for the estimate, but contract was never emailed as promised. Gave up!

I was most satisfied with their openness and honesty. The salesman gave me some upgrade options, including warming strips but he didn't push them on me. He made me feel educated and aware but didn't push them on me. The installer, Sione, went out of his way to fabricate a custom section of drip flashing to hide an unsightly corner of the uneven front roofline that was left exposed when preserving the proper slope of the new gutter. I would highly recommend them. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it

They guys install great ice melting systems. I had major ice problems before but since they have come out the ice problem is gone. Our home is now safe and protected. They gave me a great price and great service.

They have a real professional attitude about their work. I would use them for all my gutter needs!

I went back and forth between their system and a competitor before deciding to use Rain Gutter Specialities. Typical sales agent/estimator said it would be done in 1-2 weeks and that they had electricians they work with to do the electrical work. Over a month later still no install. Then the office calls me one day and says they are still a week out. Another week goes by and another call saying they don't have all the equipment, about a week away. Next day the installer calls and says he is coming to do the install. The installers were fast and efficient, but the electrician they recommended didn't come with them. A week later and I'm still trying to get their electrical partner to come finish the work so I can see if the system even works. If you need electrical work and the ice melt system I would recommend going with a company that has it all in house and doesn't farm work out to partners.

we had a major leaf problem in our gutters. I was tired of cleaning them. I called these guys and they came out and looked at my gutters. They had 3 different covers. They reccomended one and they put them on. We love them and they work great. They showed up when they said they would and went the extra mile. What really sold me on them as a company, is the cover that they reccomended for me was not the most exspensive one. I thought that took alot of integrity. They were great and highly recommend them

they came out measured and put the gutters up in a very timely manner but when one of the gutters began to leak they said they would come out to fix it but never did. 2 years and several phone calls later i am still waiting.

These guys are great. They were very professional from the start. It started with the estimator. He was very nice and very detailed. He took a lot of time and gave me a lot of options. (gutters, gutter covers and ice melting). He wasn't pushy but gave me a lot of info. The workers were great. They were fast and worked hard. they cleaned up when they were done and walked the job with me after to make sure that I was happy. They went way above and beyond what I was expecting. Very happy and would refer them for sure.

We had some damaged gutters due to the winter ice. They came out and showed me some solutions to prevent it from happening again. Ice melting systems as well as gutter toppers. Was very thorough and honest. Loved the options and what they presented, they are the best and I highly recommend them.

These guys were great from the beginning.I called to make an appointment. The office was very nice and professional. They set up an appointment. After I got a nice email from them with what to expect from the estimator. (A very nice touch). The salesman came out as scheduled. He was very thorough and specific. He gave me a lot of options and talked to me like we were friends. Not pushy at all. Very professional. After I got the bid they scheduled a time to get work done. They called before they came out and then got the work done. The workers were very professional. they worked hard and fast. The job was done and looks great. It looks good and so far has worked great. After the job was done the workers walked the job and made sure I was happy. Overall all a great experience. Highly recommend them and would hire again in a second. So happy to never worry about cleaning my gutters and ice again. Review: Tell a story. Be specific. Offer suggestions.

The salesman came out.took a look at our home. Recommend gutter covers on our home, recommend leaving our current gutters as he said they were in great shape. ( loved the honesty). They did a great job. Did what they said they would when they said they would. Thanks
